The Wholistic Approach to Healing podcast was inspired by Brinn’s own journey of healing from childhood trauma and the wonderful people she met along the way. Each episode interviews a different local expert about their healing modality for the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Our guest today Jodi McClain, here to talk to us about the healing benefits of floating. For those of you who are not familiar with what floating is, Jodi breaks it down in an easy to understand way. She explains how being submerged in large amounts of salt water has many medical and emotional benefits. She also shares about her own personal journey of healing her heart and mind in the tanks.

Our guest today is someone I am currently workin with, so I am excited to share about their work! Nicole Perez is a certified, clinical transpersonal hypnotherapist. At only 11 years old, she read her first book on hypnotherapy and it has stuck with her ever since.
Joining us today is Carrie Konyha, Certified Professional Psychic Reader, Soul Guide, and Energy Healing Practitioner. She is also a Yoga Instructor and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
I first met Meaghan in 2019 when I escaped Sacramento for a week for a soul-healing journey. I stayed at her Airbnb and received some amazing healing work from her and her staff.

Malinda Stumbos is a meditation, sound, and intuitive healing guide. She helps people energetically detach from each other, by teaching about how to release energies that no longer serve the highest and greatest good. She’s especially interested in guiding people through the end of life process by helping their soul find final rest. Angela Harris is the founder of Wellness of Life Clinic and Supplements in Sacramento CA. She has been a practitioner in the holistic health field for decades and is also a published author, speaker and educator who specializes in colon hydrotherapy.

Laura Gevanter is a PSYCH-K facilitator and Alignment Coach. Leo Hickman, founder of Classy Hippie Tea, is a military veteran bioengineer turned tea sommelier. He has immersed himself in the learning of herbs, hydroponic farming, and business as a way to build a healing community within Sacramento. Classic Hippie Tea offers workshops, an online radio show, yoga classes, tea ceremonies, youth gardening programs and wilderness retreats.
This week Tyler Langdale, Sacramento native and owner of Yoga Shala Sacramento and Radical Retreats, and not to mention he’s my brother(!) joins us to talk about yoga, community, spirituality and travel.

She largely using the Enneagram, Astrology and the Thoth Tarot, as well as other metaphysical tools.
