As a licensed therapist and coach I'm dedicated to helping you understand, heal, and embrace every part of yourself. Through my Wholistic Approach method, I integrate Parts Work, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness to support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual (for those interested) well-being—because I believe it’s all connected. In fact, I believe everything you think, feel and do makes absolute perfect sense given everything you've experienced in life as most symptoms derive from past traumas and current stress.
With 15 years of experience, I support clients by educating and guiding them into befriending their Inner Critic, soothing their Inner Child, and strengthening their Adult-self. This then helps increase self-understanding, compassion, and clarity while reducing inner conflict and tension.
With a wide background in mental health, physical well-being, gut health, and astrology, I take a whole-you approach to healing. So whether it’s one-on-one coaching or therapy, my goal is to help you regulate your nervous system, embrace your authentic self, and step fully into the life you want.
