I’m a licensed trauma therapist, author, and speaker who helps people make sense of their inner world.
My work is shaped by both professional training and a lifelong healing journey that taught me anxiety, coping strategies, and survival responses are not flaws — they’re intelligent adaptations.
Using Parts Work and nervous system-based tools, I help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity in an efficient and effective way.
Healing doesn’t happen by fixing yourself. It starts with understanding and then releasing and letting go of whatever is in the way of you living the life you want.
